Congestion continues in areas in and out of London on day six of the Olympic Games.

A number of early incidents have added to the congestion as London continues to remain busy during day six of the Olympic Games.

Transport for London are reporting a good service across the majority of London Underground, with minor delays on the Bakerloo and Central lines.

The Olympic Park will be particularly busy in the evening with the beginning of the track cycling programme at the Velodrome.

Central London will also be extremely congested as fans travel to the beach volleyball competition at Horse Guards Parade.

Outside of the capital a full day of sailing events at Weymouth and Portland will continue to cause delays.
