Rachel Stevens is given a bye on Dancing On Ice as she recovers from injury.

Rachel Stevens will miss this weekend's Dancing On Ice live show due to injury, it has been confirmed.

The S Club 7 singer was due to take to the ice on Sunday night when the second group of celebrities make their debuts on the rink.

Stevens has been given a bye through to week three by producers, however, after she fell on the ice during training and fractured her wrist.

An ITV spokesperson said: "Due to an injury sustained in training and on the expert advice from the Dancing on Ice medical professionals, Rachel Stevens will not skate in this Sunday's show.

"We look forward to her returning to the show next weekend."

Dancing On Ice continues Sunday at 6.30pm on ITV.
