Oppenheimer has triumphed at this year's BAFTA Film Awards, scooping seven awards at the most prestigious event on the British movie industry's calendar.

Cillian Murphy was named Leading Actor for his role in the film, while Robert Downey Jr took home the supporting award and Christopher Nolan was named Best Director.

Leading Actress went to Emma Stone for Poor Things and The Holdovers' Da'Vine Joy Randolph was honoured with Best Supporting Actress.
