Tuesday's Championship predictions including Watford vs. Norwich City

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Championship fixtures, including Watford vs. Norwich City.

Cardiff vs. West Brom (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Invigorated following a dramatic last-gasp comeback on Saturday, Cardiff City will be looking to leapfrog West Bromwich Albion and enter the top six as the two sides meet on Tuesday in the Championship.

The Bluebirds are knocking on the playoff door after collecting three points at Preston North End, whilst the Baggies produced a statement performance against Ipswich Town last time out.

We say: Cardiff City 1-2 West Bromwich Albion

Cardiff will be raring to go again after their last-minute heroics at Preston on Saturday, and you feel that the Bluebirds will be confident of recording another success.

West Brom are a force to be reckoned with under Corberan at the moment and should be able to earn maximum points in South Wales on Tuesday night.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Coventry vs. Plymouth (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Seeking to record back-to-back victories in order to get their playoff ambitions on track, Coventry City will host Plymouth Argyle at the Coventry Building Society Arena on Tuesday night.

The Sky Blues halted a worrying run of form with a convincing success at Millwall on the weekend, whilst the Green Army continued their stellar home record by beating Sunderland.

We say: Coventry City 1-1 Plymouth Argyle

Coventry produced one of their best performances of the campaign to date at The Den, however the Sky Blues have struggled to converts draws into wins at the CBS Arena.

Plymouth have failed to win an away game this season but have asked questions on visits to Leeds and Ipswich recently, and we expect the Green Army to earn a point in the East Midlands.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Hull City vs. Rotherham (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Managerless Rotherham United will attempt to end a five-game winless run when they face fellow Yorkshire side Hull City in Tuesday's Championship fixture.

The hosts, meanwhile, head into the midweek encounter in the midst of a promising spell of form after losing just one of their last five matches.

We say: Hull City 2-1 Rotherham United

Although Rotherham would have been encouraged by Friday's draw with Leeds, their poor away form leaves little to be desired, and we think their struggles on the road will continue with a defeat against a Hull side that have won their last two home matches.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Middlesbrough vs. Preston (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Middlesbrough and Preston North End will both be looking to bounce back from defeats when they go head-to-head in Tuesday's Championship encounter.

The hosts are currently sitting in 12th position in the league table, while Preston are four points better off in sixth place.

We say: Middlesbrough 2-1 Preston North End

Both teams will be looking to produce a positive response following disappointing results at the weekend, but we think it will be Middlesbrough who will come out on top after winning four of their last five home matches.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

QPR vs. Stoke (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Looking to record their maiden home success of the season, strugglers Queens Park Rangers will welcome Stoke City to MATRADE Loftus Road on Tuesday night in the Championship.

The R's have failed to improve their form following the sacking of Gareth Ainsworth in late October, while the Potters are finding it difficult to escape the mediocrity of mid-table.

We say: Queens Park Rangers 0-1 Stoke City

QPR need to start finishing their clear-cut chances in order to escape the bottom three of the Championship, and they could be able to catch Stoke cold on Tuesday night.

Despite failing to score in their last three matches, the Potters have plenty of options in attacking areas to freshen up the XI, and we can see them finding the net in West London.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Watford vs. Norwich (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Looking to return to winning ways after defeat last time out, Watford will welcome an in-form Norwich City side to Vicarage Road in the Championship on Tuesday night.

The Hornets were the latest victims of second-tier new boys Leicester City on Saturday, whilst the Canaries managed a narrow success over Queens Park Rangers at Carrow Road.

We say: Watford 2-1 Norwich City

Watford were arguably too passive against league leaders Leicester on the weekend, and the home supporters at Vicarage Road will be demanding their men come out of the blocks quickly against Norwich.

The Canaries were unconvincing during their victory over strugglers QPR on Saturday, and we cannot imagine Wagner recording three successive wins considering the current mood in East Anglia.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
