Celtic manager Neil Lennon reacts to his side's 1-0 win over Swedish team Elfsborg.

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has said that he is pleased his side managed to keep a clean sheet during their 1-0 win over Elfsborg.

The Hoops boss admitted that his team were not at their best in the Champions League third qualifying round tie, but remains confident ahead of the return leg in Sweden.

"I am delighted with the performance and the result. They made it difficult for us to break them down but it was not frustrating, it was understandable," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.

"We weren't at our best but that was always going to be the case, there is still a bit of rust there. We still have a lot to do in the tie but we are confident.

"The crucial thing is the clean sheet. That is important. If we score over there, Elfsborg have got to have three. The tie is probably in the balance but we are confident that we can go there and get a result."

Kris Commons scored the only goal of the game 13 minutes from time.
