Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Copa Sudamericana fixtures, including Sao Paulo vs. San Lorenzo.

Sao Paulo will enter the second leg of their round of 16 Copa Sudamericana tie versus San Lorenzo, needing a victory to have any hope of advancing into the next round when the two sides face other on Thursday at Estadio do Morumbi.

Los Cuervos came away with a 1-0 victory in the opening leg, maintaining their 100% record at home versus Brazilian opponents in this competition.

We say: Sao Paulo 2-0 San Lorenzo (Sao Paulo to advance 2-1 on aggregate)

Although they are not at the top of their game right now, Dorival Junior always seems to push the right buttons to get his teams out of a slump and having been in a similar position in the semi-finals last year should serve as a nice reminder that the current deficit they are faced with is far from insurmountable.

San Lorenzo have not been as tidy or organised defensively away from home, and we believe they will leave some gaps for Sao Paulo to exploit.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

LDU Quito vs. Nublense (Friday, 1.00am)

LDU Quito will be aiming to hold onto their 1-0 lead against Nublense when the two sides meet in the second leg of their Copa Sudamericana last-16 clash on Friday.

The Ecuadorians secured an impressive victory in Chile last week, making them overwhelming favourites to advance to the quarter-finals.

We say: LDU Quito 2-0 Nublense

LDU Quito were comfortably the superior side across the first leg in Chile last week, so we do not see why things would be any different when they have home advantage on their side.

As such, we expect the 2009 winners to comfortably seal their place in the last eight of the Copa Sudamericana.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Bragantino vs. America Mineiro (Friday, 1.00am)

Bragantino host America Mineiro in the second leg of their all-Brazilian Copa Sudamericana last 16 matchup on Thursday night.

The tie still hangs in the balance after a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Belo Horizonte last week.

We say: Bragantino 2-0 America Mineiro

An in-form Bragantino side should have little stress in seeing off the side currently bottom of the Brasileiro, and booking their place in the quarter-finals.

With America Mineiro's woeful form of late, a cup run may boost confidence but also be a distraction, and the flurry of changes expected means Mancini may be focusing on avoiding relegation.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.
