Toby Booth: 'Bath dominated from the off'

Toby Booth says that he is "proud" of the way that his Bath side dominated London Welsh from start to finish in their 47-7 LV= Cup victory at the Recreation Ground.

Bath coach Toby Booth has praised his players following their "dominant" display against London Welsh in the LV= Cup this afternoon.

Max Northcote-Green led the way at the Recreation Ground by scoring two tries as Bath ended their run of three straight defeats with a comfortable 47-7 win.

"We can be very proud of the performance because we were pretty dominant from the outset," Sky Sports News quotes Booth as saying.

"We spoke beforehand about the fundamentals of the game. We were very solid up front but we knew that we had to get a grip of the game before we could kick on. From a statistical point of view too, we have ended that run of three losses."

Next up for Bath is a trip to face Exeter Chiefs in a week's time.
