Great Britain's table tennis contingent in the Paralympic Games have had a successful day after four of the host nation's representatives made it through their group matches.

For the women, Jane Campbell overcame Mexico's Edith Sigala 11-9 in the final set to grab vital points in her group.

The men were also successful in their table tennis quests today following Kim Daybell's straight-sets win over Carlos Carbinatti of Brazil as well as Paul Davies's win over Italy's Andrea Borgato in the Class 1 category.
