Boxer and model Joshua Le Grove is reportedly in the lineup for this year's edition of Love Island.

The show is due to return to ITV2 in a little over a month's time, and producers are now thought to be closing in on the final lineup of contestants entering the villa on day one.

According to The Sun, Le Grove looks set to be among the initial entrants, with producers supposedly hoping that he could become "the new Tommy Fury".

"Joshua is a perfect fit for the show. Bosses are hoping he'll follow in the footsteps of boxer Tommy Fury, who was a huge hit," a source told the newspaper.

"Joshua is really handsome but there is much more to him than that – the girls will go wild for him."

Other names linked with the show include Des O'Connor's nephew Bertie Garratt and Zara McDermott's brother Brad McDermott.
