Aaron Ramsdale makes his Champions League debut for Arsenal in their Group B clash with PSV Eindhoven, where the Gunners make eight changes in total.

Aaron Ramsdale will make his Champions League debut for Arsenal in their Group B clash with PSV Eindhoven at Philips Stadion.

The England international is one of eight changes Mikel Arteta has made for the dead rubber in the Netherlands, as both Arsenal and PSV have already made it through to the knockout rounds.

William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are two of just three players to reprise their roles, as Cedric Soares and Jakub Kiwior have been introduced into the full-back areas, despite the presence of Reuell Walters and Lino Sousa.

Sixteen-year-old Ethan Nwaneri is also overlooked for a place, as the seldom seen Mohamed Elneny joins Jorginho and Kai Havertz - another starter from the weekend's loss to Villa Park - in the engine room.

Bukayo Saka has shaken off a foot concern to make the bench alongside the returning Emile Smith Rowe, who has fully recovered from a knee problem, but Arteta has unsurprisingly called upon Reiss Nelson, Leandro Trossard and Eddie Nketiah in a three-pronged attack.

Similarly, PSV head coach Peter Bosz has also rung the changes, dropping first-choice striker Luuk de Jong for Ricardo Pepi, who scored an injury-time winner off the bench in the Rood-witten's thrilling 3-2 comeback success over Sevilla two weeks ago.

PSV Eindhoven: Benitez; Teze, Ramalho, Obispo, Junior; Tillman, Van Aanholt, Saibari; Bakayoko, Pepi, Vertessen
Subs: Drommel, Waterman, Sambo, Dest, De Jong, Boscagli, Til, Babadi, Oppegard

Arsenal: Ramsdale; Cedric, Saliba, Gabriel, Kiwior; Havertz, Elneny, Jorginho; Nelson, Nketiah, Trossard
Subs: Raya, Hein, White, Walters, Zinchenko, Sousa, Rice, Nwaneri, Smith Rowe, Odegaard, Saka, Jesus
