Late Jimmy Graham touchdown gives Team Irvin Pro Bowl win

Jimmy Graham scores the winning touchdown as Team Irvin beat Team Carter to triumph in the Pro Bowl.

Team Irvin have won the Pro Bowl after a closely fought 32-28 win over Team Carter, thanks to a late Jimmy Graham touchdown.

Team Irvin took an early lead through a Adam Vinatieri field goal, before quarterback Andrew Luck found tight end Greg Olsen for a 17-yard touchdown for Team Carter.

Quarterback Matt Stafford and wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders combined to put Team Irvin back in front, before Luck set up TY Hilton for Team Carter's second touchdown with just 34 seconds left of the first quarter.

Stafford found tight end Graham from six yards for a second touchdown, before Vinatieri fired over a second field goal.

Substitute quarterback Drew Brees put Team Carter ahead at half time, as he set up wide receiver Jordy Nelson for a 21-yard touchdown to bring to an end to a close opening half.

The sides scored a touchdown each in the third quarter as Brees found Olsen for his second score, before Team Carter's substitute quarterback Matt Ryan arrowed a throw into Sanders from one yard.

In a tight fourth quarter, Ryan found Graham from close range in what was the game's winning score.
