Qualando wins Juvenile Handicap Hurdle

The Paul Nicholls-trained Qualando wins this year's Cheltenham Festival Juvenile Handicap Hurdle.

Trainer Paul Nicholls claimed his third victory of the day at the Cheltenham Festival this afternoon as Qualando won the Fred Winter Juvenile Handicap Hurdle.

The four-year-old went off at 25-1 with some bookmakers, but that didn't stop him coming out on top of the 22-horse field.

Bouvreuil finished in second spot, while 33-1 chance The Saint James claimed third.

Earlier today, the Nicholls yard saw Aux Pitts Soins and Dodging Bullets win the Coral Cup and the Champion Chase respectively.
