Team News: Derby County make two changes for League Cup tie

Derby County make two changes for their visit to Brunton Park to face Carlisle United in the League Cup this evening.

Derby County have made two changes to their starting lineup for this evening's League Cup tie against Carlisle United.

Zak Whitbread and Jamie Ward come into the side that beat Rotherham United at the weekend in place of Jake Buxton and Johnny Russell.

Meanwhile, there are four changes for the hosts, including Danny Kearns coming in for David Amoo, who misses out with a bruised ankle.

Paul Thirwell, Antony Sweeney and Kyle Dempsey also start in place of Danny Grainger, Alex Marrow and Gary Dicker, all of whom are named on the bench.
