Needing to pull off another of their miraculous continental comebacks, Liverpool make the trip to Atalanta BC for the second leg of their Europa League quarter-final on Thursday.

Jurgen Klopp's meek men were torn to shreds in their opening battle at Anfield last week, where Gianluca Scamacca's brace and a Mario Pasalic strike propelled La Dea to an emphatic 3-0 victory.

The Reds' misery was prolonged with yet another home defeat at the weekend, as a 1-0 loss to Crystal Palace leaves Thursday's visitors two points behind new Premier League leaders Manchester City in the table.

Conor Bradley's afternoon against Crystal Palace came to a premature end due to a foot injury, which he sustained while overstretching. The Reds are now expected to cope without the right-back for two weeks, ruling him out until the start of May.
