Team News: Leyton Orient without winger Dean Cox

Leyton Orient winger Dean Cox misses their League One clash with MK Dons after picking up a knee injury.

League One strugglers Leyton Orient go into their game with high-flying MK Dons without Dean Cox after the winger picked up a knee injury during the week.

The Londoners are also without fellow wideman Jobi McAnuff, who is serving a one-game ban. However, Romain Vincelot features for the East End outfit after netting a stoppage-time equaliser at Sheffield United last weekend.

Dons boss Karl Robinson will include Dele Alli from the start against the O's, despite suggesting in midweek that he may rest the England Under-19 international.

Antony Kay also starts for the Buckinghamshire club after returning from a hamstring injury, but George Baldock, Danny Green and Lee Hodson all remain sidelined.

The Dons, who lost 3-2 to AFC Wimbledon in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on their last outing, are currently fourth in League One, nine points behind leaders Bristol City.

Leyton Orient: Woods, Vincelot, Cuthbert, Baudry, Lowry, Batt, Clarke, Prtichard, Henderson, Price, Simpson

MK Dons: Martin, Spence, McFadzean, Kay, Lewington, Randall, Alli, Powell, Reeves, Bowditch, Afobe
